Manage cat care needs such as vet visits, grooming, and supplies, as well as occasional weekend check-ins when Principals are travelling.

Assist with meet and greet services where required, including occasional weekends. Assist with guest requests and proactively provide solutions. Assist with maintaining accurate records, schedules, and guest information, liaising with international teams for continuity. Property support Receive and manage deliveries across sites. Support inventory checks including pantry items, linens, and hospitality supplies, keeping up-to-date records for each property. Run errands and source items, often on tight turnarounds. Research local services and vendors as needed. Skills & qualifications:
Previous experience in a family office, private household, hospitality, concierge, or similar environment is advantageous. Undergraduate degree required. Highly detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality. Resilient, composed, and able to adapt quickly when the unexpected arises. Excellent organisational skills, follow-through, and the ability to manage relationships with several stakeholder groups. Proactive and collaborative approach to work. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
