Customer Care Co-ordinator

Position: Customer Care Co-ordinator (Permanent)
Location: Pegswood

Elvet Recruitment are working with a successful property development company to assist them in finding a Customer Care Co-ordinator to cover maternity leave based ion their offices in South East Northumberland

This company has ambitious plans for growth, with multiple new sites starting and a strong focus on delivering high-quality homes.

As a Customer Care Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the post-sale process, ensuring that customers are happy with their new homes and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will act as a central point of contact for customers, liaising with construction teams and sub-contractors to provide an exceptional after-sales service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting the post-sale customer care process and ensuring any defects are rectified promptly

* Liaising with customers, sub-contractors, and internal teams to coordinate repairs and appointments

* Monitoring snagging and associated requirements to ensure customer satisfaction

* Collating evidence of defects and identifying any trends

* Ensuring resolutions are escalated and communicated appropriately

* Processing invoicing and maintaining accurate records

* Contributing to improvements and efficiency in the customer care function

* Supporting the overall delivery of business success through a robust customer care service

What We’re Looking For:

* Excellent communication and customer care skills

* Ability to remain calm in challenging situations

* Strong diary management skills

* Knowledge of NHBC standards

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Previous experience using COINS (desirable)

Role Information:

* Temp role covering maternity leave

* Monday to Friday, hours in line with business needs

* Salary: from £28,922 per annum

* Location:

Various sites as required
