• Provide individual and small‑group support for pupils with PMLD, MLD, and SLD
• Assist teachers with adapting classroom activities to meet complex learning needs
• Encourage communication, independence, and positive engagement throughout the school day
• Support pupils with personal development, routines, and structured learning activities
• Work closely with teaching staff and specialist teams to promote pupil progress
• Help maintain a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment

• Previous experience supporting pupils with PMLD, MLD, or SLD
• Good understanding of additional learning needs and inclusive support strategies
• Ability to adapt communication and support methods to suit individual pupils
• Calm, patient, and caring approach when working with pupils with complex needs
• Commitment to promoting dignity, wellbeing, and positive educational outcomes
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection, and readiness to satisfy all background checks

• Attractive daily pay between £105 and £125
