Job Type: Full Time, Term Time Only
Pay: £98–£120 per day

Protocol Education is recruiting a PMLD Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Morpeth
, supporting pupils with a range of complex learning, physical, sensory and communication needs.
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support
- Supporting pupils during lessons
- Encouraging communication and interaction
- Supporting sensory exploration
- Helping pupils develop independence
- Supporting mobility and physical activities
- Providing personal care where required
- Using individual communication strategies
- Supporting emotional wellbeing
- Working with teachers and other professionals

Experience with complex needs is highly desirable, but we're also interested in people with the right attitude and transferable skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
