HC-One is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Foxton Court. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal care, meals and mobility, working under a Registered Nurse. Flexibility for full/part-time hours and alternate weekends is required.
You will help residents maintain dignity and independence, providing compassionate, person-centered care and reporting any safeguarding concerns as part of a dedicated care team.
