Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of up to 40 residential files. There is no involvement with new builds, bridging finance, or shared ownership, allowing you to focus on delivering a high standard of client care and legal work. This firm has a strong infrastructure in place to support its conveyancers:

• All files are opened for you, with s completed before they land on your desk
• You only begin working on a file once it becomes live
• Post-completion work is handled by a dedicated team, freeing up your time
