Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across various acute wards and departments. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for patients. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines. Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and contemporaneous digital medical records.
