With a close‑knit team of around 38 colleagues across Manufacturing, QESH and Engineering, Morpeth offers a genuinely supportive environment where people know each other, help each other, and grow together. It is a place where your contribution is visible and valued.

We welcome people from all backgrounds and experiences. What matters most is your mindset, your reliability, and your commitment to doing a great job every day.
What to expect:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly and ensuring our products reach customers safely and on time. You will be trusted to take ownership of your area, working both independently and as part of the wider team.
You will:
Safely operate a Forklift Truck (counterbalance) to move goods across site
Carry out case picking and order assembly to a high and accurate standard
Load, unload and store products within block stacks, racking and drive‑in storage

You will bring:
A valid counterbalance FLT licence and practical experience operating FLT equipment
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or operational environment
Good numeracy, literacy and IT skills, including confidence using stock systems
The ability to work accurately at pace while meeting productivity targets
A strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards
A flexible approach to shift working and changing business needs
