Base pay: $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

• Operate high‑pressure equipment, hydroblasting, and industrial vacuums.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, using PPE.
• Work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and high elevations.
• Operate 24/7 schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Communicate and collaborate with team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Travel to different job sites as needed.
• Maintain equipment, reporting damage or malfunctions promptly.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).
• Able to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Pass a medical screening and drug test (pre‑employment, random, and annual).
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, climb, and work in demanding environments.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clean‑shaven at all times for respirator use.
