• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all safety protocols.
• Execute quality inspections, manage shop documentation, and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Carry out the essential tasks involved in our manufacturing workflow.
• Coordinate effectively with colleagues across the assembly line to promote optimal efficiency and precision.
• Prepare completed components for shipment.
• Provide support to additional departments as the need arises.

• A minimum of two years of background in assembly operations or relevant technical training.
• Successful completion of a drug screening process.
• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and utilizing a tape measure.
• A commitment to working overtime hours as dictated by production needs.
• Ability to collaborate successfully within a team-oriented setting.
• Capacity to follow detailed directives accurately.
• Familiarity with the operation of hand and power tools is considered an advantage.

• Operate within a production facility where you may encounter varying temperatures, noise, and industrial fumes.
• Navigate a high-speed setting that includes heavy machinery, sharp components, and busy floor spaces.
• Perform physical movements including reaching, kneeling, pulling, pushing, and lifting loads weighing up to 50 pounds.
