Office Services Coordinator
Location: 115 Tabor Road, Morris Plains, NJ
Pay Rate: $21/hr W2
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Work Type: Onsite (Not Remote)
Duration: 7 Months (Possible Extension)
Potential Conversion to FTE: Possible
Reason for Opening: Coverage
Team Environment: Assisting the Facilities Supervisor
Summary:
As an Office Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative, facilities, and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office activities.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support meeting and event setup and coordination
- Stock and maintain coffee, snacks, and pantry supplies
- Assist with mailroom tasks including stamping mail and handling UPS/Fed Ex shipments
- Provide general client and office support as needed
- Perform other administrative and facilities-related tasks as assigned
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented attitude with collaboration abilities
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
