Senior Pricing Manager

Location:

Morris Plains, NJ (Hybrid work schedule)

Reporting to:
Sr Director of Pricing at Solstice Advanced Materials.

Job Overview

As an Sr Pricing Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize profitability and drive business growth. You will monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making recommendations for improvement to achieve business objectives. Your strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen will be essential in driving pricing strategies and achieving results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the pricing strategy and execution for the organization.
  • Develop and implement pricing models and strategies to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities.
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Use pricing software (PROS) to drive and maintain pricing discipline.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving pricing strategies and achieving results.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
