• Provides on-site daily supervision and essential coverage to consumers in a community residential group home program
• Responsible for assisting consumers with their personal care goals, providing medication education, and observing their self‑administration of prescribed medications
• Performs crisis intervention services as needed and reports all consumer concerns to the group home manager
• Participates in the development of consumer activities and encourages consumers to participate in all social, recreational, and therapeutic activities

• BSW in social work, BS/BA in psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or a related field
• BA in unrelated field with two years of previous experience
• AA with two years of experience in mental health and human services
• Valid Driver’s License

$19.50 - $20.50 per hour

Saturday & Sunday
12am - 8am; 8am - 4pm; 4pm - 12am
