We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents, enhancing their quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting changes
- Promoting safety, dignity, and independence of residents
- Engaging residents through conversation and activities
- Supporting dining services and maintaining a clean environment
- Communicating effectively with families and care team members
- Creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care
Qualifications and Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED; minimum age 18
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
