Base pay range

$55.17/yr - $55.17/yr

This is a temporary contract opportunity with The Cigna Group through Magnit, an enterprise third-party vendor for contingent work.

Location and

Schedule:

Remote, USA - Core hours are 8am-5pm EST (or CST), Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Provides expert content/professional leadership on complex Business Analytics assignments/projects. Works in collaboration with business leaders to provide strategic partnership in analytics, identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, develop analytic solutions, leverage data science and technology capabilities, embed analytics-driven processes, operationalize and measure impact, to support decision making and execution based on data, facts and analytical findings across different parts of the organization.

Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Business Analytics but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills
• Excel/VBA/Macros
• Data Analysis
• Python (highly preferred but not required)

Other Qualifications

• Strong communication skills/customer service
• Able to gather/analyze requirements, and translate into solution/deliverable
• Critical thinking/problem solving
• Ability to work independently
• Tableau/Alteryx (optional)
• Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
• 3-5 years relative experience

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $42.00/hour-$55.17/hour
