• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Strong analytical skills for assessing value and supporting trade-off decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with delivery frameworks, project management tools, and value realization methodologies

• Experience developing and maintaining roadmaps and dashboards
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence without direct authority
