Job Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in designing and building solutions using Ab Initio tool stack.
• Understand existing system design and its components and make recommendations towards the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
• Analyze various data sources, identify trends, and draw conclusion. Collaborate with teams to review the trends, thought process and conclusion.
• Understand complex ETL solutions in place and perform tuning or fixes as required
• Perform deployment of code to QA, UAT, and Production using CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)

Skills and Experience

Required:

• 7+ years of ETL/BI/DW solution development and implementation experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on development experience with Ab Initio (GDE 3.1 or higher) and its components strong technical experience in understanding, designing, and implementing Ab Initio jobs.
• Solid knowledge of the Ab Initio execution environment (shell scripting, debugging, metadata).
• Hands‑on development experience using Ab‑Initio that includes Graphs, Plans, EME, Metadata Hub, or Conduct IT Technology
• 3+ years of experience with Teradata and Oracle database systems
• Strong expertise in SQL Concepts, writing complex queries, query optimization, UNIX shell scripting.
• Well versed with agile methodologies
• Knowledge/understanding of US healthcare domain is preferred.
