• Quality Engineer within Data Engineering and Analytics Department responsible for working directly with various teams and utilize the engineering competencies to bring the testing strategy to life.
• Assists in the preparation and conduct of Quality Assurance (QA) testing of new or modified applications/systems across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server).
• Provides help desk support to client and IT technical staff in resolving QA process or procedure related questions and required documentation.
• Assists in the implementation of QA software and systems and the development of effective testing plans through consultation with clients and IT technical staff.
• Participates in the development of special testing requirements and procedures and in the review of new or modified QA software.
• May participate in the analysis and development of new or revised QA procedures and processes.
• May implement modifications to QA software. Completes day-to-day Quality Assurance & Testing tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issues.
• Resolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members. These tasks are happening in the PRODUCTION environment.
• Effectively communicates to individuals at all levels of the technical and business communities.
• Continuous focus on quality and innovations.

• 5+ years of strong experience in ETL/BI/DW solution testing that involved Hive, Ab-Initio, Teradata and Unix.
• 3+ years strong SQL experience that involves writing and understanding complex queries.
• Experience and continuous testing mindset in CI/CD environment.
• Experience in Test management tools.
• Experience working with RESTful API services testing.
• Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Exposure to AWS Cloud technologies is desired.
• Proficient working in agile methodology.
• Healthcare/Pharmacy business experience is preferred.
