The Experience Your RoleWe’re looking for a seasoned SAP Engineer with expertise in Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM) to drive strategic asset management initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead the integration of SAP EAM/PM and BMRAM to optimize equipment lifecycle processes, including calibration scheduling, preventive maintenance, and revalidation. You will champion data integrity and regulatory compliance while aligning global standards with site‑specific operational needs.
- Lead configuration and optimization of SAP PM/EAM for asset management and maintenance strategies.
- Integrate SAP with BMRAM to streamline calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance processes.
- Develop and maintain controlled documentation, including SOPs and work instructions, to support compliance and operational excellence.
- Translate system terminology across platforms to maintain workflow integrity during integration.
- Drive global standards and best practices while accommodating local requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet GxP and regulatory expectations.
- 5–7 years of hands‑on SAP PM/EAM experience.
- Deep knowledge of Blue Mountain RAM and its application in regulated environments.
- Proven ability to manage asset lifecycle processes, calibration scheduling, and equipment revalidation.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV/CSA).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (advanced certifications a plus).
W2 temp positions include our medical and sick time benefits.
Adhering to the requirements of New Jersey's law on salary transparency, the salary bracket for this role is set between $90,000 to $120,000 annually. The offered salary may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
