• Provide strategic leadership to the nursing staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among departments
• Oversee the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting, with a focus on geriatric care
• Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in staff development and training
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
