Manufacturing & Sciences Technology Data Coordinator Major accountabilities- Support on time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of client data through the management of collation tools and provided uploaded memos containing batch specific data.
- Collect and review manufacturing, QC and ERP data
- Technical competencies will require the use of MES, LIMS, ERP (SAP) computer systems along with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Compile data in memo/report format and upload onto clients share drive
- Work with QA to ensure accuracy and integrity of data being transmitted to client
- Data upload to client will be on a daily basis
- Follow and Comply with NVS SOPs as well as complying with NVS Values and Behaviors expectations.
1-3 years GMP (manufacturing or QC or QA)
Skills- computer literate.
- Data integrity review understanding regarding GMP expectations.
- Preferred experience with MES, LIMs, sharepoint and ERP platforms. Able to collaborate in a team but also work independently. May need to have limited interaction with client (although this element is expected to be handled by NVS staff)
Bachelors in scientific field or data heavy background (e.g biology, chemistry, physics, computer science, accounting mathematics) preferred

Pay Rate: $26.79 - $29.51/hour based on experience and qualifications (W2 Only)
Shift timings:
Monday to Friday, 8-5
Contract: 3-month (approx.)
