As a Food Lead Worker, you are a helping hand and a good‑mood motivator. This role includes preparing and serving menus and ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility.

• May work in any type of food location on client premises under the leadership of on‑site management and/or supervisors.
• Coordinates the activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services.
• Performs day‑to‑day assignments in addition to supervision duties.
• Works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
