Uncle Giuseppes Marketplace is growing with new stores on the way and we’re looking for a passionate Seafood Manager to join our Morris Plains, NJ team! If you have a love for seafood, leadership experience, and thrive in a fast‑paced gourmet environment, this is your chance to make a splash.

• Oversee our Seafood Department including all operations, displays, staffing, scheduling, inventory, storage, and more.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and displays to maximize freshness and appeal.
• Ensure top‑quality quality, safety, and compliance with all food regulations.
• Train, mentor, and support seafood staff across multiple locations.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from seafood prep advice to sustainability education.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years seafood department experience, 3+ in management.
• Strong knowledge of seafood prep, displays, and operations.
• Culinary training a plus (filleting, cooking, inventory management).
• Proven leadership and team‑building skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑volume, customer‑focused environment.
