Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the Business End to End
• Understand the Application Architecture.
• Solve problems by crafting software solutions using maintainable and modular code.
• Participate in daily team standup meetings where you’ll give and receive updates on the current backlog and challenges.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Influence future advancements from a technology perspective and provide subject matter expertise to frontend engineering best practices.
• Understand the project timelines and deadlines.
• Provide Impact analysis for new requirements or changes.
• Responsible for low level design with the team.
• Ensure Code Quality and Deliverables.
• Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review.
• Identify dependencies and communicate.

Skills and Experience

Required:

• Spark, Python, Creation of Rest API’s.
• AWS Cloud Services knowledge:
• SNS, SQS, SES, S3, Dynamo
  
  DB, EMR, Bastion, Lambda, Athena, Quick Site Reporting
• Proficient with GIT source control.
• Knowledge of CI/CD
• Familiarity with Relational and Non-Relational database experience, SQL and Postgres
• Comfortable with agile/scrum development methodology.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled at Problem solving and Critical thinking.
• Understanding of Dev Ops and AWS.
• Understand and follow the current Code Build and Deployment patterns across all environments.
• Accurate work Estimation and commitment to timelines and deadlines
• Identify dependencies and communicate.
