Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on who to wow clients now and in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
  • Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
  • Schedule clients according to their preferences
  • Ensure all client needs are met during service both in person, over the phone, or virtually
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
  • Sales/marketing experience (preferred)
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to multi‑task
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
