Key Digital Tools- Scope Creator – Generates weekly scope for the online period between outages
- Work Package Creator – Generates draft work packages
- Smart Scheduler – Creates granular daily schedule
- Orchestrator – Integrates automated processes into a single status view for the entire WM process
This position supports the development and execution of digital products within the nuclear fleet by refining product vision, managing backlogs, and coordinating development activities. It serves as a bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment with operational goals and regulatory standards. The role requires reviewing design assets, achieving strategic goals, and evolving product strategy based on research and data in an innovative, fast‑paced environment.
It operates under close supervision of the product owner and may require travel to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the Nuclear Digital Transformation team to shape and refine the product vision.
- Assist in managing backlog items, evaluating stakeholder preferences, and recommending feature prioritization.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to gather insights and clarify needs.
- Support definition and evolution of the digital product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with nuclear operational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate daily product development activities, tracking progress against roadmap milestones and escalating issues to maintain alignment.
- Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and support of outage activities outside the department.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience
- Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of related experience
- Associate’s degree in a related field with 7 years of related experience
- High‑school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience
- Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
- Nuclear power plant experience in at least two functional areas, including work management, maintenance, operations, and engineering
- Experience with nuclear work management, digital tools, and agile product development
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) to improve processes
