• Supervise, train, and motivate employees to maintain enthusiastic customer service.

• Take inventory of stock during shift to determine ordering needs and prevent shortages.
• Count cash at shift change and closing to identify shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment and apply good written, verbal, math, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliably maintain transportation to support scheduling needs.
