** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate dredge equipment safely and efficiently to extract raw materials
* Monitor and adjust dredging operations to maintain optimal performance
* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on dredge machinery
* Communicate with team members to coordinate material handling and site operations
* Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner
* Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards
* Capability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
* Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $44.75 per hour
