Position DescriptionRyder is immediately hiring Permanent Full Time Forklift Operators. This role involves operating sit‑down forklifts, handling kitchen‑style products (cookies, crackers), and performing general warehouse tasks such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting.
Pay & Schedule- Hourly Pay: $21.75 per hour
- Shift Pay: $2.00 per hour
- Incentive pay: up to $2.75 per hour in addition to hourly and shift pay
- Schedule:
Sunday & Monday (split schedule) Thursday & Friday 5:00 pm – 3:30 am
- Weekly pay
- On‑the‑job paid training

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- At least 1 year of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
- Valid Forklift Operator’s License, certified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work in a diverse environment and maintain professional relationships
- Highly thorough, dependable, punctual with a good attendance record
- Performance under minimal supervision; high initiative and accuracy under pressure
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods
- Flexible shift work; health‑safety‑compliant
- Operate forklift and handle product loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting
- Maintain accurate picking and packing, perform auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
- Complete day‑to‑day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
- Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
- Perform other duties as assigned, within performance‑measurement guidelines of the contract
