Warehouse Operator Forklift

Warehouse Material Handler – D2 at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is permanently hiring full time in Morris, Illinois.

Immediate openings for Material Handlers with forklift experience.

Permanent full‑time role in a safe supply chain environment with state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

• Load, pick, pack, ship, and receive warehouse items, including cycle counting.
• Operate forklift and perform accurate picking, packing, and tote induction.
• Manage day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical support for automated packing systems during core shift production.
• Perform duties according to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Highly thorough and dependable, punctual with good attendance record.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be available to work flexible schedule and various shifts.
