A Jersey Mike's Team Member typically helps provide excellent customer service, cleans work stations, makes orders, rings up purchases at the register, assists with putting away deliveries twice a week, and performs general cleaning.

Our restaurants operate daily from 10 am to 9 pm, with shifts starting as early as 7 am and ending as late as 9:30 pm, except on certain holidays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Delivering top-quality food
• Modeling a sense of urgency for peers
• Adhering to Jersey Mikes policies and procedures

Employees are expected to:

• Arrive on time and get to work reliably
• Maintain open communication with management
• Follow Jersey Mikes standards
• Work scheduled hours based on provided availability
