. We are hiring immediately for a full-time COOK position at Constellation Dresden - 6500 North Dresen Road, Morris, IL 60450. Online applications accepted only.

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, maintains food at the proper temperature, and ensures presentation is attractive and tasty.
• Uses established ticket procedures during service and maintains records from the area worked.
• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, stores or discards excess food per safe handling procedures, and maintains cleanliness of refrigerators and storerooms.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed; assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
• Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies; reports needed maintenance or accidents to the supervisor promptly.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings; maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators and managers; performs duties safely in a clean, safe environment.
• Follows HACCP standards for food safety and presentation; abides by company policies and procedures including glove use, oven mitts, and slip-resistant footwear as applicable.

• 1 year of previous breakfast or grill cooking experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
