CEO Position Summary
Establishes and maintains relationships with customers and referral sources. Responds to requests and concerns; negotiates contracts with third party payers, government agencies and other entities requesting services.
Qualifications:- One year experience in home health or hospice sales required.
- Associates Degree Required - Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
- Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in hospice and home health services.
- Demonstrates negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
- Demonstrates organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation.
