Warehouse Forklift Operator

Ryder System, Inc. – Morris, IL (Permanent Full‑time)

• Hourly Pay: $21.75 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.00 shift pay; up to $2.75 incentive per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Night Shift Sunday–Wednesday 5:00 pm–3:30 am

• Operate forklift and perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving duties
• Conduct cycle counting and maintain accurate inventory records
• Manage paperwork including picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours
• Execute additional duties as assigned and meet performance measurement guidelines

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum one year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred)
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a diverse environment
• Highly thorough, dependable, and punctual with a good attendance record
• Demonstrated initiative, accuracy under pressure, and ability to lift/pull up to 35 lbs
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adhere to health and safety methods
