Location:

Morris, IL 60450.

Pay: $21.75 per hour + $2.00 shift pay, incentive up to $2.75 per hour.

Schedule:

Sunday and Monday (split schedule);
Thursday and Friday from 5:00 pm to 3:30 am.

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, and stage products; load and unload trucks.
• Handle day‑to‑day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• One (1) year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
• Valid Forklift Operator’s License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Team player with a commitment to a diverse work environment.
• Highly thorough, dependable, punctual, and with a good attendance record.
• Works independently with minimal supervision; demonstrates initiative and high accuracy under pressure.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and use health and safety methods.
• Available for a flexible schedule and various work shifts.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
