Audit Manager Our Client | Public Accounting Our client, a leading public accounting and advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of client engagements, develop strong client relationships, and lead high-performing teams across a diverse portfolio of businesses and industries.
The Opportunity Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.
Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact and providing practical insights on accounting and financial reporting matters.
Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff, supporting their professional growth and progression.
Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and recommend improvements to business processes and financial reporting.
Work with a diverse client base across multiple industries, offering exposure to a variety of business models, accounting challenges, and technical matters.
Collaborate with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver a high-quality, client-focused service.
About YouCPA licensed or actively pursuing licensure.
5+ years of public accounting experience, with a strong background in external audit.
Experience leading engagements and managing client relationships.
Strong technical accounting knowledge, communication skills, and a commercial mindset.
A proactive leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and building lasting client relationships.
