About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our Morristown office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys being the go‑to person for office needs, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, and office events
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires (badge setup, desk assignments, etc.)
  • Liaise with building management and service providers
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic administrative tasks
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas
  • Provide general support to HR, Facilities, and other departments as needed
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable working 100% onsite in Morristown, NJ
