About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our Morristown office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys being the go‑to person for office needs, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and vendors
- Manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies and inventory; place orders as needed
- Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, and office events
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires (badge setup, desk assignments, etc.)
- Liaise with building management and service providers
- Assist with expense reports, invoices, and basic administrative tasks
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas
- Provide general support to HR, Facilities, and other departments as needed
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or coordination
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable working 100% onsite in Morristown, NJ
