• Prepare and distribute high‑visibility sales reports to stakeholders across the organization, including senior management, providing clear and timely performance insights.
• Support multiple businesses in monthly sales reporting and close activities, ensuring deliverables are accurate, complete, and produced on schedule.
• Reconcile sales reporting systems and subledgers to ensure data integrity; investigate variances, perform root‑cause analysis, and partner withdrew Digital/IT and cross‑functional teams to drive timely and sustainable resolution.
• Prepare monthly accounting entries, true‑ups, and account reconciliations impacting Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) sales across SAP变化 vee and Vistex; ensure outputs are supportable and audit‑ready.
• Maintain and update GTN rates in SAP and Vistex, ensuring changes are properly reflected in reporting, analysis, and downstream systems.
• Perform strategic analyses, including sales and price/volume analysis, and synthesize key drivers into management‑ready reporting and presentations.
• Leverage SAP and reporting/close tools (e.g., IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, Blackline, and other automation/AI‑enabled solutions) to improve efficiency, control, and insight generation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of financial/accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.).
• Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer focused and results oriented mindset.
• Solid business acumen with the ability to connect numbers to business drivers.

• MBA and/or CPA certification preferred.
• Public accounting experience.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience with TM1 and SAP
