The Construction Management Associate is responsible for assisting the Construction Manager in all aspects related to a construction project. This includes, but is not limited to, general contracting projects, larger-scale contracting patch and repair projects, and other duties as directed by the Construction Manager. The role involves participating in on-site meetings, developing the scope of work, reviewing proposals, specifications, and project schedules, assembling project submittals, obtaining building permits, and completing project closeout documents.

• Coordinate with Program Managers, Project Administrators, Project Estimators, Specification Writers, Sales Representatives, and RBM when needed.
• Review submitted proposals and contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance.
• Review line-item generated proposal documents.
• Direct Project Superintendents as needed.

• Specification Development Stage: collaborate with the Construction Manager and Sales Representative to define the scope, complete specification requests, and review specifications as required.
• Pre‑Proposal Stage: conduct and document pre‑proposal meetings, assist in proposal reviews, and prepare proposal documents.
• Pre‑Construction Stage: publish project schedule, plan and coordinate pre‑construction meetings, provide project information to the Superintendent, obtain necessary permits, and distribute meeting documentation.
• Construction Stage: review daily inspection forms, visit job site, conduct weekly progress meetings, maintain and update the project schedule, perform site audits, review subcontractor payment requests, assemble AIA billing applications, and assist as needed.
• Close‑Out Stage: coordinate final inspections and ensure all required documents are uploaded into project files.
• Other Requirements: travel out of town (including overnight), valid driver’s license and transportation, ability to work weekends/holidays, pass a pre‑employment drug test, read/write/speak English, and willingness to relocate after program completion.
