Kada Recruiting is partnering with an ad agency in Morristown, NJ that has had double digit growth nearly every year over the past 10 years and continues to blossom into a leading agency for pharma clients across the US. They are in a great position of being large enough to have great resources and a variety of clients, but not so big to be too corporate and rigid in their possibilities.

We are actively recruiting for a talented Art Director to work in a dynamic, team-oriented, creative agency environment within the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. You will design and create effective, dynamic and well thought out presentations for medical communication and promotional marketing teams turning their complex, messages and medical information into simple, effective presentations (interactive-multimedia-PowerPoint presentations with design elements, charts, graphs, timelines & diagrams).

• Creating user experience and consumer story for audiences using charts and graphs in presentation materials
• Building high-level narratives and foundational data to quickly build context.
• Effectively utilize Adobe Creative Suite to develop collateral materials and incorporating various types of multimedia into Microsoft Office documents/presentations
• Meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks and time

• Microsoft PowerPoint expert
• Creative storyteller
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
• Strong self-managing capabilities - thriving under pressure, deadlines and skilled at prioritization and time management
