As an entry‑level I and C Engineer you will be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks. You will assist during startup, coordinate work activities with other staff and the discipline lead, and design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes alongside architects, engineers, and designers.

• Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Provide on‑site assistance during startup and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in design reviews and continuously improve process control, instrumentation, and automation solutions.

• Associate’s or Engineering Technology degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
• Acceptable experience: working knowledge of Revit software, Engineer in Training (EIT) designation, and experience with DDC and PLC‑based control systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for buildings and construction, and eagerness to learn best practices.
• Prior experience with data center design or operations is advantageous but not required.
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and drive knowledge expansion.
