Our client, a global Architecture and Design Firm, is looking to hire a Right-of-Way Specialist for their team in Greensburg, PA.

• Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret land and right-of-way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses.
• Complete rights and restriction reviews.
• Research and review real property-related documents.
• Understand and interpret easement agreements.
• Support translation of data from right-of-way documents into a stakeholder management database.
• Complete document research as needed.
• Manage and prioritize workload.
• Support client needs as directed.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree, or applicable experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
• Working knowledge of general real estate law.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in working with spreadsheets and task‑tracking software.
• Capability to work with diverse skill sets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Team player focused on client service.
• Well‑organized and able to simultaneously pursue and track multiple project efforts.
• Experience with GIS and familiarity with construction drawings is preferred but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is required; must meet company vehicle driving privilege standards.
