Associate WM Relationship Manager III – Beacon Trust
Position OverviewUnder general direction, this professional position enhances knowledge, practical experience and skills in managing relationships and financial planning. The Associate supports senior relationship managers and wealth strategists in the financial planning and relationship management process while managing ownership of a select few clients. Responsibilities include data input into financial planning software, preparation of planning analysis for retirement, estate, cash‑flow, education funding, client onboarding, service requests, meeting preparation and follow‑up, maintenance of CRM records, presentation of financial plans and overall client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with senior advisors to support client‑facing work.
- Develop sophisticated financial plans, including net worth, cash flows, tax projections, estate flows, retirement and education analysis.
- Assist advisors with ad‑hoc planning requests and client‑related projects.
- Review estate planning documents (wills, trusts) to create current estate analyses.
- Handle direct client interactions, processing money‑movement requests and new account openings.
- Research and resolve client issues.
- Assist with client meeting preparation, material generation and coordination.
- Coordinate post‑meeting implementation of recommendations with the advisor.
- Follow‑up correspondence and post‑meeting record retention.
- Update client electronic files in CRM.
- Own and manage a select number of client relationships, including financial planning, presentation, advice, solutions, recordkeeping, account maintenance, transactions, fiduciary compliance and collaboration with related departments.
- Attend client and internal meetings as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare meeting materials.
- 3–5 years related experience in client management or financial planning.
- Positive office atmosphere encouragement and teamwork support.

- Proven client service delivered timely and professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, eMoney (or related tool), Salesforce and Envestnet Tamarac.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Advanced degree or designation (CFP®, etc.) preferred.
- Series 65 certification within 90 days of hire.
Normal office environment, moderate noise levels. Requires traveling to customer and property locations. Prolonged sitting, lifting 5–10 lb, occasional bending. Hazards typical of an office setting.

Pay Details$65,200 – $107,200 base salary. Actual offer varies by skills, experience, education, location, and other business considerations.
This role is incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual goals.
