Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description
Assesses and gives advice to supervisors and other leaders on methods and approaches to resolving employee benefit problems. The Retirement Benefits Analyst is responsible for the administration, analysis, and compliance of retirement benefit programs, including 403(b), 457, Retiree Medical plans, and pension plans. This role assists in ensuring that retirement offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with regulatory requirements. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to employees and collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize retirement plan performance.
PrincipalAccountabilities
This is a technical benefits role focused on retirement plan administration and compliance. It is not a software development, HRIS, or data engineering position.

QualificationsEducation/Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3‑5 years of experience administering employee benefit programs, with a strong focus on retirement plans
- Strong working knowledge of ERISA and retirement plan compliance
- Experience reviewing retirement plan data, reports, and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills for audits, reconciliations, and reporting
- Clear communication skills and comfort working directly with employees and vendors
