Syndicated Loan Transaction Coordinator – Associate
- Process Commercial Loan transactions within the agreed timelines & accuracy.
- Understand Syndicated Loan Agency servicing, participation bought, rollovers, funding, invoicing & billing processes.
- Track assigned transactions and ensure completion on time.
- Generate daily reporting of activities/transactions processed.
- Process and authorize daily transactions (reserve funds, fund with Treasury, drawdowns/rollovers/payments/fees).
- Review and make swift payments as per deal requirements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Syndications & Corporate Lending Operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
