We’re looking for a Servicing Advisor who brings deep experience, market insight, and a passion for client relationships. You’ll be a key member of our team, guiding clients through retirement planning, investment strategy, and wealth management. • Serve as the primary advisor for assigned client relationships
• Lead planning conversations and coordinate strategy with internal support teams
• Provide financial planning guidance with a strong skillset for building trust and long‑term client relationships
• Work closely with other advisors to build consistency and scale across the firm
• Help identify organic growth opportunities through referrals and client service excellence

• 3+ years of experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role
• Must hold a Series 65 license
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering client‑first service
• A growth mindset that welcomes coaching and accountability
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments
• In‑depth knowledge of investment strategies, market dynamics, and retirement planning
• Must be able to work on‑site at our New Jersey office
