Laboratory and Clinical Compliance Manager
Join Atlantic Health as a Laboratory and Clinical Compliance Manager.
Base Pay Range$48.00/hr – $84.50/hr
Responsibilities- Develop and implement compliance programs for laboratory operations.
- Draft, revise, and maintain policies and procedures to align with regulations.
- Monitor laboratory activities to ensure adherence to rules and policies.
- Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify potential compliance risks.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance efforts and results.
- Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to laboratory operations.
- Collaborate with laboratory management, quality assurance, and legal counsel for a comprehensive compliance approach.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Medical Technology, Chemistry).
- Master's degree preferred.
- Several years of experience in a clinical or analytical laboratory setting with a focus on regulatory compliance at the local, state, and national level.
- Strong understanding of federal and state laboratory regulations (e.g., CLIA, PAMA, CMS) and other specific regulations as applicable.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.
