• Develop and implement compliance programs for laboratory operations.
• Draft, revise, and maintain policies and procedures to align with regulations.
• Monitor laboratory activities to ensure adherence to rules and policies.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations to identify potential compliance risks.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance efforts and results.
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with laboratory management, quality assurance, and legal counsel for a comprehensive compliance approach.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Medical Technology, Chemistry).
• Master's degree preferred.

• Several years of experience in a clinical or analytical laboratory setting with a focus on regulatory compliance at the local, state, and national level.

• Strong understanding of federal and state laboratory regulations (e.g., CLIA, PAMA, CMS) and other specific regulations as applicable.

• Excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

• Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) preferred.
