Intake Coordinator – Infusion Therapy

• Handle all aspects of the infusion referral process, including authorizations, financial counseling, and benefit investigation.
• Liaise with referring providers to obtain necessary documentation and communicate status.
• Communicate the referral process and status to patients with a customer‑centric approach.
• Maintain medical inventory and office supplies.
• Participate in a 6‑week training program to succeed in your role.

• Passion for patient care and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Health care experience required; prior infusion experience preferred.
• Insurance pre‑authorization experience.
• Strong medical terminology knowledge and overall medical insurance experience.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and ability to quickly learn new apps.
• Effective communication with providers and patients.

• Salary starting at $25/hr.
