POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, has over 40 years of expertise in offering innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.

. This 2-year Fellowship provides a unique opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of Medical Affairs while collaborating cross functionally (e.g., Commercial, Legal, Regulatory, Scientific Communications, etc.) and apply learnings to medical planning.

The fellow will assist in the development of Strategic and Tactical Plans for respective TAs under guidance of TA Medical leads, contribute to projects and support advancement of brand planning and life cycle management, execute the development and planning of key medical conferences and associated engagements with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), engage digital opinion leaders (DOLs) in scientific discussion and tactical plans that address the needs of HCPs and their patients, support use and advancement of AI and digital planning with TA Leads to deliver a best-in-class customer experience through channels that support medical strategies, and have the opportunity to expand experiences to other units within General Medicines.

University-based experiences complement the industry experiences and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees. These Fellowships provide a broad professional development opportunity in both corporate and academic environments to promote the role of Pharm.

Initial offers will not be made until December 12th, the AIFA (Alliance of Industry Fellowship Associates) consensus date for first offers. Once all interviews have been completed, RPIF or the company will notify interviewed candidates of their position-specific candidacy status.
