POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy, has over 40 years of expertise in offering innovative Post-Doctoral Pharm.

D. Fellowships that provide extensive training in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry. This 2-year Fellowship is a joint effort between the Rutgers Institute for Pharmaceutical Industry Fellowships (RPIF) and Sanofi. Program emphasis is in Global Regulatory Affairs:
Strategy – Vaccines. The Fellow will gain comprehensive exposure to regulatory affairs, including hands-on experience in developing regulatory strategies, managing submissions (including IND/CTA/CTR submissions, BLA/MAA applications), engaging with global colleagues on country-specific regulatory processes, and developing essential skills in strategic thinking, business acumen, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The experience includes university-based experiences such as a Professional Development Series and opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching;

and participation/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees.

Responsibilities
  • Develop regulatory strategic skills through global pre- and post-approval planning.
  • Contribute to Health Authority submissions and lead team meetings.
  • Partner with various functions within Sanofi to deliver products for diseases globally.
  • Gain hands-on experience in developing regulatory strategies and managing submissions (IND/CTA/CTR; BLA/MAA).
  • Engage with global colleagues on country-specific regulatory processes.
  • Develop skills in strategic thinking, business acumen, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Program Structure and Experience

University-based experiences complement the industry experience and include a Professional Development Series; opportunities for collaborative research, publication, and teaching; and participating/leading Rutgers Fellowship committees.
